1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "bd679" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at bd679.io, including all associated web pages, features, and services.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an account with bd679 and accesses or uses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered personal account held by a Player on the bd679 platform, associated with a unique username and password.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player using a supported payment method that are available for wagering and withdrawal, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the bd679 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the bd679 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus terms published on the platform, form the entire agreement between you and bd679. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by bd679.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. The bd679 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Persons under the age of 21 are not permitted to register, access, or use any service offered by bd679, whether free or for real money. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

3.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. 3.3 Registration Requirements. To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update any information that changes after registration.

3.4 One Account Policy. Each player may hold only one registered account on the bd679 platform at any time. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.5 KYC Verification. bd679 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for keeping your bd679 username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bd679 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

4.2 Suspected Breach. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bd679 support immediately at [email protected]. bd679 may temporarily suspend your account as a protective measure pending investigation.

4.3 Account Closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. bd679 will process closure requests within five (5) business days. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC clearance.

4.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not been logged into for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. bd679 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month to inactive accounts after providing prior notice. The account balance will never fall below zero as a result of this fee.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. bd679 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and select other Bangladeshi financial institutions. Available methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.

5.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount is ৳100,000. Players may request higher deposit limits by contacting support and completing any additional verification required.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal is ৳50,000. Withdrawals above ৳50,000 may be processed in multiple instalments. bd679 targets a processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are only available to players who have completed KYC verification. Funds derived from bonuses are only withdrawable after all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled. bd679 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal request.

5.5 No Platform Fees. bd679 does not charge any platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside bd679's control.

5.6 Currency. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd679 does not perform currency conversion. You must ensure that your payment method supports BDT transactions.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General. bd679 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All offers are subject to specific bonus terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any specific bonus terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses credited to a player's Bonus Balance must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant bonus terms before any portion may be transferred to the Real Money Balance and withdrawn. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements.

6.3 One Bonus Per Offer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each bonus or promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address. bd679 reserves the right to determine whether multiple accounts are operated from the same household or device and to apply this restriction accordingly.

6.4 Abuse Prevention. bd679 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus credits and associated winnings if it reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements artificially.

6.5 Modification & Withdrawal of Offers. bd679 reserves the right to modify the terms of, or withdraw, any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the change.

6.6 Seasonal Promotions. bd679 may run seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and Victory Day. These promotions are offered at bd679's sole discretion and do not constitute a contractual entitlement.

7 Games & Betting Rules

The availability of specific games and markets may vary over time and is subject to change without notice.

7.6 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet amounts per game or market are displayed within each game and may vary by game type, stake level, and player account status. bd679 reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to specific accounts at its sole discretion.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. bd679 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to minimising the harm associated with problem gambling. 8.2 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.

8.3 Session Time Limits & Reality Checks. Players may configure session time limits and periodic reality check notifications that remind them of the time and money spent during a session. These tools are intended to support informed decision-making.

8.4 Self-Exclusion. Any player who feels that gambling is negatively affecting their life may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and five years, or a permanent self-exclusion. 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd679 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, voiding of all pending and settled bets, and referral to relevant authorities.

12 Limitation of Liability

13 Amendments & Termination

13.1 Amendments. bd679 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. 13.3 Consequences of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the bd679 platform ceases immediately. Any Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC clearance, unless forfeited as a consequence of prohibited conduct. Bonus Balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gambling regulations. bd679 operates as a safe and reliable platform under internationally recognised standards.
